Anyone who has tried to select-all a virtualized SPA table knows this pain - the grid only renders what is on screen, so copy-paste grabs fragments. Curious how GridGrab handles rows that are not rendered yet: does it scroll and collect, or read from the data layer?

Keeping tasks and shipping notes in one board is the right call for micro-SaaS - full PM tools are overkill at that stage. Does the public progress record give each project a shareable page? That would double nicely as a build-in-public log.
