By using Spotlitely you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms; if we make significant changes we'll let you know by email or in-app notice.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. You must be at least 16 years old to register. Please provide accurate information — one account per person.
You own the content you submit. By submitting it you give us a license to display it on the platform. All submitted links and content must comply with our Community Guidelines. By submitting content you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. We may remove content that doesn't comply, without notice.
Ads and sponsored links must follow our Community Guidelines. We can remove any ad that violates our policies. No refunds are issued for ads removed for policy violations. Payments are final once impressions have been delivered.
Advertising credits are prepaid and deducted as your ads are served. All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable once spent. If you have an unused balance you'd like refunded, you must request it within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@spotlitely.com — we'll review it and respond within 5 business days. Credits expire 12 months after purchase. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
Don't use Spotlitely to distribute malware, harass others, scrape data without permission, manipulate votes, impersonate anyone, or do anything illegal. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated.
Spotlitely is provided as-is. We're a small team and we can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the past 12 months.
