What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and display name. When you use the platform we log the links you submit, votes you cast, reactions you leave, comments you send via private channels, and campaigns you run. We also store a session cookie to keep you logged in. We collect your IP address and basic browser information with each request.
How we use it
We use your data to run the platform, process your advertising campaigns, deliver private channel messages between users and advertisers, and send you transactional emails (account verification, password resets, campaign updates). We look at aggregate usage patterns to improve the product. We do not use your data for anything else.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Submitted links get a permanent indexed page on Spotlitely — to request removal of a listing, contact us and we will action it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can update your information in Settings. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email us at support@spotlitely.com.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies.
