Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and display name. When you use the platform we log the links you submit, votes you cast, and campaigns you run. We also store a session cookie to keep you logged in. We collect your IP address and basic browser information with each request.

How we use it

We use your data to run the platform, process your advertising campaigns, and send you transactional emails (account verification, password resets, campaign updates). We look at aggregate usage patterns to improve the product. We do not use your data for anything else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use the following services to operate Spotlitely:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Resend — transactional email
• Dodo Payments — payment processing

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can update your information in Settings. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email us at support@spotlitely.com.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies.
